Personal Assistant - Secretary/ Female
Responsibilities:
Two years minimum experience
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Make travel arrangements.
Take dictation and minutes.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Skills :
Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Flexibility and adaptability
BA degree
